I’m trying to connect the Joroto X4S with Zwift.

Current versions
- Zwift version 1.0.136993
- Android Pixel 6, Android 14
- Samsung S10 Ultra, Android 14
- Joroto X4S, firmware version unknown
- Wahoo Tickr, firmware 1.2.21 (latest)
The Joroto cadence looks perfect. The Joroto speed is way off, about 6 mph should be 16-17 mph. The joroto power never connects. The Wahoo Tickr never connects.
Test procedure
- Put on Wahoo TICKR, note flashing LED lights (battery is new)
- Pedal the Joroto trainer, hit the Mode button to start the display
- Start the zwift app, configuration
- The Power configuration does not show the Joroto, even though the Joroto computer displays watts
- The speed and cadence sensors show Joroto-3132 as an option
- The Wahoo TICKR does not consistently appear. It has new batteries and is running the latest firmware.
Other notes
- Using other apps, I can confirm the Joroto X4S is sending speed and cadence.
- The same test was run on a Samsung S10 Ultra table with the same results
