This shower/tub was built in 1970, unchanged from when the house was built. The upgrade is necessary to accommodate our parents 86 and 92, moving in. The tub will be replaced with a walk in shower, with a corner seat, two grab rails and 2 corner shelfs.
Wall tile: Alessia Bianca, 12"x24" porcelain tile.
Floor tile: Tarsus Almond, hexagon

Grab bar/towel bar: Replace the existing bars with structurally sound
